December 2014: Qualysoft makes a quantum leap in the CRM practice and expands its team.
Qualysoft is successful as an international expert in the CRM area for many years now and with more than 20 consultants in seven countries the company already advised numerous clients and developed long-term individual solutions in an optimum way. With the new interpretation of the Customer Relationship theme through to Customer Experience Qualysoft unifies many of the existing products and platforms to a modern holistic solution, which goes far beyond the traditional CRM.
From January 2015 Qualysoft will expand the range of Customer Experience Management massively. So the necessary power is available to support existing and new customers as best as possible, the team will be increased at the beginning of the year in the Customer Experience area. Until the end of 2015 a total of 40-50 new employees will complete the Qualysoft team and thus build more flexible operating teams throughout the DACH and CEE area. The mixture of a longtime know-how of the existing staff and the fresh breeze of the new CRM experts will make Qualysoft one of the major players in the European CRM area - even more - the market leadership in the DACH and CEE region should be secured.
