Florian Werksnies (34) will become Managing Director of Qualysoft GmbH in Austria from 1st of May 2019 after only four months in the company. He complements the Austrian management team alongside the existing managing director Stefan Resl. The native German already has a successful career in large Austrian companies, including in a high executive position at WienIT.
Florian Werksnies joined the Qualysoft family in January 2019 as Head of Sales and Marketing as well as an authorized signatory and was able to offer sales success very quickly. At the beginning of May 2019, he will now assume responsibility as managing director for the Austrian location of the Qualysoft Group alongside Stefan Resl. His ultimate goal is to make Qualysoft a company that advises and advises its customers on high quality digitalization. In addition to the largest pillars of the Qualysoft Group - Customer Experience Management and Automation Services - topics such as Continuous Delivery, Agile Coaching and Data Analytics will also be the focus of the consulting strategy.

His university career led Florian Werksnies from the study of organizational management in Munich, through business administration in Vienna to Klagenfurt, where he graduated in economics. His professional career has always been shaped by construction and change. Both as an organizational developer and consultant of the Cooperative Financial Group Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, and from 2012 within the Wiener Stadtwerke Group. In setting up the group-wide personnel service area, Florian Werksnies was able to test all the hurdles of automation and digitization. Most recently, he was responsible for WienIT as an authorized officer and headed the Business and Innovation Management Division.
Florian Werksnies lives with his wife and two children (5 and 7 years) in Vienna. His balance to the challenges of working life he seeks in sports activities with his family.
