As part of the relaunch of the Energie Steiermark homepage, the service portal was also completely renewed together with the IT service provider Qualysoft. Since January 16, the service portal has been providing all private customers with comprehensive functions for optimal energy supply. The expansion for business customers is expected to go online in March.
The user-friendly operation makes it very easy for customers to sign up for the portal and to manage all customer data online. In addition to the purchased products, each user can view his tariffs, invoices, consumption statistics and contract information. Partial payment amounts and account information can also be set online.
With the help of the new messaging functionalities, every customer is quickly and easily connected to the service center. In the Energy Collector - the Customer Club of Energie Steiermark - customers can obtain various benefits and promotions through a bonus point system.

From a technical point of view, the portal also offers numerous advantages for the internal processes of the energy provider. In the last six months, the 7-member project and development team has implemented many functions, automations and interfaces to the CRM, billing and archive systems.
