Thomas Jürgens (53) took over the management of Qualysoft GmbH in Germany on 1 March 2019. Thomas Jürgens can already look back on a long career as a manager in international companies.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director, Thomas Jürgens will also act as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Qualysoft and will be responsible for all sales in Germany, in particular for the development of Automation Services and Software Development. Jürgens is an internationally oriented executive with many years of experience in setting up, but also leading and developing ITC companies. His extensive know-how for the strategic and operational management of growing companies and the distribution of IT solutions & consulting services complemented by distinctive leadership & coaching skills make him special. His focus is on business development, customer acquisition & retention, transformation management, marketing & lead generation.
In his new dual role at Qualysoft, Thomas Jürgens has ambitious plans and wants to lead the company into the future with great enthusiasm: "In my opinion, Qualysoft is a very agile company with great potential in the various markets. In recent years, Thomas Jürgens has been managing a DACH-based company in the fields of digitization and enterprise information management with more than 100 employees. His focus was on the topic of growth and thus in the areas of lead generation, marketing, sales, delivery in terms of professional service and support. As ecosystems, Microsoft and SAP played a key role in his professional career. In his past activities Jürgens also celebrated great successes. In addition to sales and EBIT increases, a distinction as one of the best employers in Germany (Great Place to Work 2018) was an outstanding achievement - the reward for investing in the culture and working environment as well as for a good and successful cooperation with the employees.
In all its tasks, customers and business partners as well as employees have always come first. If time permits, Thomas Jürgens likes to ride his mountain bike or motorbike and he likes to cook for friends or family.
